12 Month one time reward

Well, when the automaton pet was given out, some people were passed over because they had too many free days before their paid subscription kicked in. Despite having been playing the game since launch, we had to email CS to get it. Hopefully this time around, they will not be so strict with the exact number of days you had to have been a paying subscriber. I think they should include anyone who has been subscribed a total of 10 months, not uninterrupted.

You made stuff up, you can't back it up (because the ZOS statement that you said backed you up actually said the exact opposite of what you claimed), and now you're just desperately trying to distract people from that. I believe that says everything that needs to be said.

Come back when you're ready to admit that there is no basis at all for what you were claiming, or when you have something productive to add to the conversation.

There could always be occasional mistake. At least they took care of it. If for some reason after its out you dont get it just put in a ticket. If you qualify you will get it. As far as the 10 month deal it is for 11 months total 10 months paid plus the free month.

I certainly don't speak for everyone, but I don't think it's a matter of "needing" any kind of reward for playing. The enjoyment I get from the game is my reward. No, for me, it's the fact that they are giving one for continuous subscription, and I may not qualify to receive it because of something that was, in all honesty, not my fault or the fault of my finances.

So if they are giving a reward regardless of whether or not I 'need' it, and potentially excluding me (and many others) from it because we, through no fault of our own (in-fact, by fault of the companies own payment systems in some cases), lost our subscription for just a few days or weeks - despite our obvious steadfast devotion to the game; that differs in no way from anyone who did not drop their subscription (lucky as they are) - there is some concern.

Hope that explains where at least some players may be coming from in this thread.
