Where is ZOS?

I've been reading the forums all day like most people and noticed that ZOS hasn't replied to hardly any posts. There's about 30 posts per page so I took a look at the first 10 pages. We have about 300 posts, I'm not saying they are all valid but you would think most should still warrant a reply from ZOS. Out of 300 posts, only 34 posts had a ZOS flag on them. Of those 34 posts, 20 were a comment by ZOS that they were closing the post. So out of 300 posts ZOS has only commented on 14 posts. Now I can imagine that they are receiving a ton of questions on all of the changes but in looking at other forum areas's there seems to be very little activity by ZOS as well.
ZOS- You just dropped a major bombshell on your loyal customers. Shouldn't we receive some answers to some very valid questions we have on changes being made? This explosion in the Forums should have been expected and prepared for in my opinion.

ZOS' credibility and its general disregard for its customers is now a lot closer to Blizzard than to, say, ArenaNet (GW2) which started life as B2P and did exactly what they said they would do.Edited by OrangeTheCat on January 22, 2015 4:13PM -

Like I said in other threads though at least we are able to speak our mind here and criticise ZOS unlike some other company fourms I have used (LOTRO and Turbine) where the slightest bad comment about the game or just something they didn't like would be removed. One of my threads about female dwarves got removed for no reason at all - very civillised and intelligent thread.

Most of the forum posts are complaints/discussions about their new "playment" model, regurgitated in different ways, so not all of them warrant a response when they could just search the forums for the answer they are looking for. They also streamed a bunch of information about what is changing and what to look forward to yesterday.

It answers at least 80% of the uniformed factual/technical/procedural questions being asked by people who can't be bothered to watch it. They really do explain a lot. They just don't apparently make enough excuses to make every single person happy.
As far as the people screaming that they are going to quit… What kind of possible response do you expect ZOS to give?

Don't hold your breath. A ZOS response to a forum post that is not from a mod is about as rare as a giant squid sighting...we know they're out there but few have seen them. This forum is not a place to expect information from ZOS beyond official announcements. It's not even common to see ordinary comments from Mods. Besides, anything said by ZOS has as much value as political campaign promises.....all hot air and PR.I was looking for actual responses to valid posts that were put up.
From a customer service perspective, it didn't look like were doing much of anything other than closing posts. It doesn't take long to go in and put a quick response on a post.

✭✭✭✭✭They HAVE NOT answered why they are going with a model that's completely the opposite of everything they said they were going to do. THAT is the question people want the answer to. I watched the Live Stream in its wretched entirety. I've read the official announcement. They ARE ducking the issue while pretending there IS NO issue. It's insulting to their player base. They need to speak up and elaborate on this decision and why it was really made. No one is buying that we begged them to do it. -

✭✭✭Oh, you silly OP! What makes you think ZOS would ever deign to communicate with its loyal, paying customers here on the forums? We pay a sub fee for the PC version of the game. We mean nothing to them because we're not cash shop loving console players.
Besides, every second they spend talking to us is merely another second delay in constructing that cash cow, I mean crown shop. It is not going to build itself!
