Playing both Console and PC Question

So, one thing I am confused about with the upcoming console release. I have been playing on PC since the release and originally planned on playing on console. But I still plan on getting the console version when it comes out.
So, my question is: If I want to play on both PC and Console since I now have my PC friends, and I have my console friends who will want to play also.... Do I have to pay two subscription fees if I plan on paying for the Plus? Or am I paying one fee for my account and that will be good for both PC and console?
