Isn't it still January next week or do I have my current date wrong?tinythinker wrote: »On today's special edition of ESO Live! they said they were planning to publish 1.6 on the PTS next week,
Oh great. So that means not January then. How long does the PTS thing last? Do i need a new character on that server to try? Never tried PTS.
So people can test it, report bugs, and give feedback about how well it works and what they do or don't like.I meant why announce a release in January, when its gonna be on a PTS a while first. Why even announce it?

At some point down the road while 1.6 is on the PTS, characters from the NA server will be copied. As for when that happens, look for an update next week.

And i suppose any progress made on PTS will not be copied back to the main server. So not really worth doing much on the PTS then, except checking whats coming.
