Is Cyrodiil supposed to only give you 250 HP nowadays?

I've been a bit out of the loop so I have to ask.

If you're comparing it to your PvE health, bear in mind that if you're homed in a buff server you'd have +250 HP at level 50+ from the Emperor bonus.

I was just wondering because the battle spirit Cyrodiil buff says that you're supposed to get 500 bonus HP - which you also used to do back in the day, if I recall correctly. Now it's just 250 though.

Cyrodiil grants 500 health, 300 armor penetration and boosted range on ranged spells. Additionally, you could benefit from the following buffs:
    • 5 HP per level if your faction controls Emperorship
    • 2% Spell and Weapon Critical for every 2 enemy keeps your faction controls
    • 5% Weapon Power if your Faction controls 1 enemy offensive scroll, and 5% Spell Power if your Faction controls 2 enemy offensive scrolls.
    • 5% Spell Resistance if your Faction controls 1 enemy defensive scroll, and 5% Armor if your Faction controls 2 enemy defensive scrolls.

Never actually paid attention to this part of it, mostly cause ive homed off faction campaigns in recent months, but is it 5 points up til 50, or do vet ranks count.

I.E is a v14 getting 315 health. only a difference of 65 but i never noticed or checked.

No, they don't count vet levels, at least I'm pretty sure. My HP didn't go up when my alt gained a level in cyrodill. Then again I might of had to relog for it to show.

It does not count Veteran Levels.

Like Happy above said - if you are homed in a buff campaign, you are getting a 250 HP emperor buff while in PvE.

If you enter a cyrodiil campaign that is not your home, you lose that emperor buff from the buff campaign. So while you do get a +500HP buff from battle spirit, you only see a +250HP increase compared to what you had in PvE.

    Your normal HP = X
Your HP in PvE with emp buff = X+250
Your HP in cyrodiil that is your home campaign = X+250+500
Your HP in cyrodiil that is not your home campaign = X+500

Difference between PvE HP and guest campaign HP = 250

When testing this a while back on two different characters at vastly different levels (Lvl 48 and Lvl 20) their Cyrodiil HP was identical. The Battle Spirit still said +500 HP for both, but that's obviously not true. Battle Spirit appears to give you a static Max HP, not your PvE HP +500 as the tooltip says.
