[EU - VIDEO - BUG] Fighting Ghosts!

Ehh I experienced this problem recently 17/1/15 on EU Azura's Star. Basically people and NPC will not load, sometimes a few people will load, sometimes none at all. Unless everyone in this situation is a Nightblade this is a serious issue.

As this video shows I'm at a resource at Drakelowe and there is no NPC no people yet there's fighting and effects and such still happening. Please solve

Well this is quite common issue for me especially if I visit [insert random place] first time since I start the game and having fps drops and freezes also.

Happens to me all the time, I can see my faction but enemy players are invisible.
I must look like a moron running into the middle of a Zerg and just standing there, wondering what everyone else is waiting for.

Then I'll suddenly die and while lying on the ground dead I'll finally see all the enemies start to load in.
