So, I'll start playing the game first time since early access. I have 30 days of game time in my account but i need to set up a subscription plan to activate it. I tried doing that but that payment screen does not proceed when i choose VISA and click "Confirm and proceed to checkout". It seems to be loading someting but it does not. I also thought about getting a prepaid game card but it asks me Game Registration Code. I bought the game digitally from ZOS and it should not ask me about this code. Also the code on "billing history" does not work here.
Any idea what i should do? Apart from sending a ticket which i already did.(And do i have to wait till monday for this ticket to be answered?..)
