Hello,
So, I'll start playing the game first time since early access. I have 30 days of game time in my account but i need to set up a subscription plan to activate it. I tried doing that but that payment screen does not proceed when i choose VISA and click "Confirm and proceed to checkout". It seems to be loading someting but it does not. I also thought about getting a prepaid game card but it asks me Game Registration Code. I bought the game digitally from ZOS and it should not ask me about this code. Also the code on "billing history" does not work here.
Any idea what i should do? Apart from sending a ticket which i already did.(And do i have to wait till monday for this ticket to be answered?..)

I went through this a while back. What finally resolved it was for me to use a different browser on a different IP to get past the security scheme. You might just have to use a different browser. As it was a cookie that was getting in my way. Also, make sure you have no script blocking on the browser you are using. In my case I use Firefox with script, pop up and ad blockers. That may have prevented me from entering the cc number. So I used IE which has none of this added to it.
The only hitch in this is if the internal mechanisms are still on a cool down from you trying to enter the card more than once. But I would try the different browser that does not have any blockers on it first.
