Done with PvP on NA Thornblade until ZOS addresses a problem

Don't care for anyone's opinion regarding whether or not it's right or wrong . There's nothing ZOS can do to stop this problem either . After watching for myself and getting numerous whispers in game about EP making DC Alts to push AD when they need and loging in their old AD Alts to push DC when their pop locked , I'm over it . It's now a rigged game . Pop locking a faction that has a low population to PvE just because your faction is way over pop lock is just the lamest as well . ZOS allows it so I can't say it's a exploit but it is pointless to participate in a rigged game . Good luck actual players for AD and DC on TB . People should at least be able to understand why their frustrated and this is the reason . No reason to get mad but every reason to get out for me .

yep i`m amazed seeing the lead dev worked on DAOc and Warhammer and they didn`t put in faction lockouts that were in those game = idiots .

I'm surprised that after all this time, you can still have characters in different factions belonging to the same account playing in the same campaign. Why hasn't this been fixed yet?

Isn't there a limitation against having 2 characters of different alliances select the same campaign as main?

Suggestion: add a 24-hour timer until players can go to the same campaign with another character of another alliance
- Player logs into the campaign of his choice with his first character (let's say Thornblade).
- Staying more than 10 minutes in that campaign triggers the timer.
- When switching to a character of another alliance, the player will be unable to join Thornblade but free to port to the other campaigns, as far as population cap allows it.
- 24 hours (real time, not ingame) after the timer is triggered, the limitation disappears.

You can't home on the same but you can travel to player and I haven't trued but I think you can guest there.

I feel for ya OP. I often feel like giving up myself. Only solution I see is making alts on the other factions and causing the same stupid chaos. If ya can't beat'm join'm right?

But like you and I, we have something called integrity. Appears a good portion of that is lost on many (not all) EP players. It's BS and needs to stop. But who knows, maybe ZoS will address this in 1.6 and take everyone by surprise. Just like they killed forward camps.

I still think pound for pound DC has some of the best PvP players. We just simply don't have enough of them. Before the game even went live I knew a ton of PvP'ers from other games were going to pick DC. Sadly many of them left because they didn't want to play against cheaters and cross-faction playing jerks, spys, and pulse spamming lag monkeys, ruining the game from the get go.

I'll be spending some time on the PTS as well as doing undaunted dailies until this patch comes out. I too, will be a more rare sight in PvP.

EP Guilds that do this have their own spy problems an leak the information because they think it's a bull ship stratedgy too . They just don't want to loose friends over it again . Which I get . I'll just enjoy other aspects of the game .

Because Emp health bonus is much more useful than the scrolls, and we are already way ahead in points. Now it just gives us something to do instead of killing DC and AD at their home keeps which is not fun for anyone.

(And we lost Emp late in the night).

This whole faction-jumping business is just plain ridiculous. Shouldn't be allowed to do it at all. Screw the timer lockout.

It's quite embarrassing for him I would think... brings shame to DAoC really. Though he was only the right hand man of mark jacobs himself...
