Price variations and Recurring Charges

Hey everyone, so I recently bought the game today in hopes my brother and I could find something we could invest ourselves in. I bought my Imperial Edition for $29.99 this morning while he was at school and installed the client, I then showed the game a little bit to him to see if it was what he enjoyed. I installed the client first for him and then went to buy the game for him later on that night. When I went on to his account the prices had changed to $79.99 which is just too much for me.

I went to check my account to see if maybe it could be worked out and noticed four recurring purchases totaling up to $119.96. I don't have much experience with ESO Customer Service and I'm curious to know how easy they are to work with. I've already applied for a ticket over email and phone hoping to get this worked out.

Do you think they will allow me to purchase a $29.99 copy for my brother, especially after having to have the charges fixed?

Sounds like you got charged 4 x. Just tell them you only want two copies at 29.99...then you can transfer the game to him, give him the game codes, change the account over to his name and email. Done this myself and transferring works well. Billing can help too. Good luck and welcome to Tamriel.
