VR10 Food vs VR10 Potions (and how it will be converted in 1.7?)

Hi. If you watched ESO Live 8 (and even if not) you maybe know news about new VR10 food recipes. And we already have VR14 Glyphs. But we still have VR5 potions. Tried to google it, but can't find any information. Did I missed something?
And main question - how food and glyphs (and possibly potion) will be converted in 1.7?

I can understand that the game should be equal in prices for all.....but not all have the equal salary in different countries ©Exstazik

We just don't know yet.
First we need to know what are they going to do with the Veteran Ranks, we all know they are going away, but are they getting replaced by Champion Ranks?

But what about all the recipes we know already? Will they be converted that they need other/additional/less ingredients or will they be gone? The latter would be a pain..

I'm wondering about this too. Rare ingredients and recipes are indeed very rare (and expensive, though not as much as in the beginning in the case of recipes). I've spent a lot of time and money building a very comprehensive cookbook. Will current known recipes be converted? If not, will they still be in game and will we still be able to get mats for crafting them (in addition to any new recipes they're bringing to the game)?

Woah there slick, one patch at a time.... They will make v10 potions then make them all go down to lvl 50 relax. -
