Skill Guide for Dragon Knights Imperial Version?

Is there a good guide for Imperial Dragon Knights. I assume shield and one-hand weapon is the best weapon since they get a boost to shields.

There is no guide specifically designed for imperial dragon knights, but you can still look up guides for regular ones, either for full tanks, offtanks, or stamina DPS if you want to fully benefit from imperial passives.

DKs can do pretty much everything very well, apart from healing.

1. Is it possible to heal others with potions, or other items, or are Templars the only class that can heal?
2. Can you respec all your Attribute points and Skill Points anytime you want? (for gold I am sure).

All classes can heal with a resto staff, but not with potions and whatnot.

Yes you can respec for gold at the major city in your factions second zone.

the boost to shield and sword, is only for leveling the skill line faster by 15%
it becomes worthless after lvl 50, but then again, its the same for all raciel passives, the first passive is just for leveling a weapon skill faster

Thank you for the link and information. Can you heal yourself, and others with the restore staff? Or just others and Potions are for yourself?

DKs has a skill called dragon blood, that is a self heal, you wont be needing restro staff at all as Dk player

in groups you will have a healer to heal you, + some self heal skills/potions

in solo pve/pvp you have lots of survivability as DK

I was just wondering in healing others was out of the question for my class or not. I doubt I will ever actually heal anyone but myself This is a much better game than I was expecting. I ordered the Logitech G600 MMO mouse to see if that will make the controls a little more accessible for me since I am used to lazy WoW controls.

u can heal as DK, but its rare, I have yet seen a healing dk, especially when it gets to end game, people think that DKs are for tanking and destro dps right now. there will be dungeons/trials where you wont be able to heal as DK, that would be the templar that can do that the best.

my mouse only have one extra at the side, I use that for quick weapon swap

You can heal yourself with Dragon Blood or potions. Obsidian Shield tis good for preventing damage, but of course this is not a heal.

Deltiasgaming has a few dragonknight builds, you could check Tamriel's Foundry too.
