Help! NO SOUND!

Okay, so I've done everything people recommend based on past posts. Such as, repairing all folders. Creating a new UserSettings.txt folder. I Don't know what to do! The sounds works when the game first runs advertising Zenimax etc.. But when I get to the login screen the sound completely stops and continues to not work in-game. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how did you resolve it?

I use a Mac and im also running the game on an external hardrive. My "Elderscrollsonline" folder is in my documents folder on my computer hardrive. I dont know if that has a effect on the sound.

Hey there @mottone,

It seems like a silly suggestion, but give a shot to running the repair again. We've had cases where running the repair a couple of times solved this issue. To run the repair, close the game and open the launcher. Select Game Options above the news articles, then choose Repair from the drop down.

Also, when you enter the game, take a quick look at your audio settings in the Escape menu. Ensure that all of your volume levels are turned up. If these steps don't help, let us know and we'll be happy to continue assisting you!
