I'm all for getting ZOS & ESO awards - right now with the 'screw it it's xmas' approach from the staff we are clearly aiming at the 'Most Laggy Game 2014' award.

No hirelings even with logout/login, PvE lagdeath, PvP epic laag, game mails not being received & all this with perfect internet performance on other sites and games. I do understand that people get a break this time of year but also as someone who works in IT essential maintenance of systems should still happen.

Note to ZOS - you are not just game devs anymore, you are service providers, please get your act together.
