Ah yes, the "Dead-For-Sure" bug
First experienced it during a duel, 8 months ago and it instantly resulted in my death. Sorcs rely on this ability.

It seems to me, that it always appears, when Cyrodiil is very crowded. I've only had this in PvE 1 time. Sometimes, the bug disappears on its own after some time. But sometimes, you have to relog and even this doesn't always help. Definately one of the most horrible bugs -.-

Had this happen to me just last night. I had to teleport to a wayshrine to fix it. Just one of the many bugs since beta that hasn't been fixed.

Not only that, there's also all the grunting on BE cast, which ZOS said was unintended and would be fixed...going on about 2 months now.

It is because so many people cried and cried because sorcs had a decent move that helped us escape deadly situations; therefor ZoS put this bug in there to randomly affect random sorcs that enter cyrodil. Though I think their code is messed up because it affects me in pve a lot of the time too.

Only logical explanation lol just wait until 1.6 and then see how much is bugged :P

As a NB I feel your pain. I really do love playing ESO but there are times when I scratch my head and wonder how certain broken abilities have existed in game for so many months without any fixes. Even after they "fixed" NB's broken abilities we still have problems with a few of them. The video made me laugh though, not because you have a broken ability but due to the sheer comedy of it. And LOL on the Lightning Fart comment, that's just great.

As an aside, back when I had streak morph, and it wasn't aoe capped, this bug was cheeseable. One time I was bugged out on BRK mine flag with bananas inc. I did the only logical thing, stood in place spamming stationary streak on the flag, chain stunning and genning back to back ult - since the stun cone for streak still functions when it's bugged out.

Especially when this is my main skill for dodging world boss attacks when I am fighting them by my self.

When someone at ZOS sees this video, they will find a way to make Bolt Escape even less spammable and then declare the skill fixed.

Would love to see this issue fixed, but have yet to figure out exactly what is causing it.
At least with Shadow Cloak it was possible to pinpoint what was interfering with it.
With Bolt Escape, my character will randomly and arbitrarily stop having the skill work until relog.
