I think the suggestion mentioned in the title is highly important to allow for flexibility regarding the roles in the game (tank, dps, heal, pvp, solo, etc..). One would stille have to choose the 2 x 5 skills for the current build and I think only one morph of a skill should be allowed within a given set of skills.
This being once implemented would of course also present a decent additional skillpoint sink.
