Why is AD the only population that starts queueing when we are only at "high" population?

We are consistently outnumbered in a number of campaigns bar for bar on the population scale, and now AD campaigns are (especially Thorneblade) are queueing even when the population only shows "high." This is not happening for EP or DC so I would like someone at ZOS to kindly explain why the blatant favoritism please.

if its forcing you to wait in a que, when you are not pop-locked, idk why its doing that or how to fix it. Hopefully ZOS takes a break from being the forum police long enough to take a look at it.

because it is NOT happening to them. I have ep and dc chars to test it on Reverb.

It's happened to my DC character, and has been a topic of discussion in my DC guild chats because it happens to others too. Your sample size of 1 failed you. They tend to do that. But nobody ever hurt themselves jumping to conclusions, right? So I guess there was no risk of your looking like a fool by storming to the forums to declare favoritism.

It happened to me 2 days ago . Pop was at 3 bars not locked an I got the que . So it's not a conspiracy yet . But when it is I'll go full blown tinfoil hat with Ya .

AD was pop locked yesterday and I was able to load right into it. Maybe it's to do with number of players versus the alliances overall performance in Cyrodiil. There were a bunch of folks yesterday just sitting idle in the southern gates and my pvp group was getting really steamed up about it.
