i subs sense the game came out..
and sadly lately i have less and less time playing and coming to the website..
but when i do i tend to forget my info..
got evrything writen down for me just incase but the secret answer i did not writ down..and forgot it ..tryid evrything..tryid to contact support but to make a ticket i need my freaking secret answer..so please..support!! help me!!

Hey there, @cakeflirty‌. The "Account Ownership Verification" section of the ticket submission page is actually optional -- you can still submit a ticket without completing those sections. For security purposes, the support agent who assists you will still need to verify that you are indeed the account holder, but we can confirm you can submit a ticket without completing that section.
