Sanctum Ophidia Bugs Ruined Our No Death Run

Last night my guild (We Kill Bosses) was doing our Sanctum run and it was going wonderfully. We were up to the final group of mobs before the Serpent and had zero deaths. Then out of nowhere the wonderful 1 shot poison bug happened. I really hope the devs get these bugs fixed soon. How many of you are frustrated with these end game bugs? Right now some of the bugs we are experiencing in Sanctum are the 1 shot poison, the sound will disappear, and some of the graphics will go away (no visual spell effects) which can make clearing this trial very frustrating.
