EU Cyrodiil servers are down!

The servers crashed 15 minutes ago, and no one is able to log back in. Characters that were in Cyrodiil when it crashed get stuck on "Requesting character load" forever.

Logging in to characters in PVE zones seem to work fine.

Glad I'm not the only one. Have been trying since it went down without any luck and am having the same results with PvE zones.

Since it's 4am GMT in EU I doubt anyone's awake in ZOS to know what's happening here so time for sleep.

After checking Mule_Croft and Maps_Croft, it seems logging in to a PvE zone doesn't work either.

Weird, I was able to log right in on my character in Craglorn. Might be more zones than just Cyrodiil that are down then.

Yeah looks like youre right. Cannot connect with any Charakter (Locations: Cyrodiil, Deshaan and Stonefalls)

you dont get it - that was the low pop fix go and create banana char - insta log, no problem. Im running in Auridon with lvl 16 alt, no problem at all. Can also go to Haderus campaign or log DC alt to Chillrend, both are working fine.

My low level EP Enchanting alt in Riften will load just fine, my two AD PvP characters in Cyrodiil will not though. So maybe go a little easier on the conspiracy theories...

Cyrodiil is now locked for all alliances and campaigns. Some PVE zones too.

I can't wait to see the screen caps from you of how much AD gets for a low pop bonus during this downtime, despite all factions being at null pop.

I'm pretty sure they do not sleep, such system facilities do require people 24/24 and they do have alarms even for soft failures. No way they cannot detect such an issue within a second, trust them.

So, obvious reasons I see now are: either they cut it on purpose because they add an attack from real people with real armors and real swords, or they get an UFO crash on the main power building, or they are bored with all this stuff and they are now implementing a MMORPG based on rows and columns of candies you can move with your finger on the screen.

I cannot see any other reason... oh yes, I forgot, of course they can sleep and forget to add a coin in the counter.

Same here. My main was in Cyrodiil yesterday. Now I receiving "Requesting Character Load" and nothing more. But I can enter to the world using my alt in Daggerfall.

All ok now!
