FPS drops to 7, in Dragonstar Arena, final boss.

First I would like to thank the 3 players who taught me how the dragonstar hard mode works. We manage to get to the final boss without deaths, I believe.

Anyway, on the final boss (and this have happened before on normal mode), about 2 min in the fight, my FPS dropped to 7, and stayed there. When I respawned (loading) it was fine again. After this happened 3 times, I adjusted the graphics down to medium, and deactivated ALL addons. It happened again, but this time, it went down to "only" 11 FPS.
Really embarrassing as I didn't had a working microphone, and couldn't tell them what happened during the fight .

This is one of the reasons I have to go to bed without the achievement.

Is this my computer, or have anyone else had the same experience?

Awesome now that the Lag is starting to effect their PVE maybe they will rehire the guy that set up their servers they laid off, and fix the lag issue they have had for the last 4 months since that awesome lighting patch .

Were you weapon swapping alot?
I found that on that boss, each time I weapon swapped my fps dropped until it become insane and memory usage of ESO went way up. It appear to be a client side memory leak for me.

Was the boss standing in a blob with a bunch of his minions spamming healing springs or impulse?

I am joking, of course, but I agree with one of the posters above who said that lag issues might get fixed faster if PvE starts suffering the same crappola as PvP in terms of performance.

Even though I am not much of PvE'r, this still makes me sad. I wouldn’t wish that lag/low fps headache on anyone. It truly is game breaking.

The exact same thing happened today while pvp. I don't pvp much. It seems like it happens when a lot of things are going on or something.. I did not weapon swap when it happened btw, in cyrodiil or DSA.

For me I got a permanent fps drop to 7, right after the server down thingie on Sunday. I have not changed anything on my computer itself, I have not adjusted settings and I don't use addons.

In game all my characters move like a drunk sailor because you can't move smoothly anymore.

Other games I play are still okay as usual. Bringing down UI settings just give an increase of 2-3 fps max.

It is on all characters, and uninstalling and downloading the game again does not help, so it must be somewhere in the account-bound settings of my characters on the server of Zenimax.

I hope I get an answer on my support ticket soon, but I have little hopes, since they could not help my friend who got something similar 3 weeks ago.

Maybe any1 of the players have an idea where I could look to get my fps to its own smooth self again?

Yesterday night was awefull in DSA in EU, a lot of lag.
