Quick slot bug

One thing that really annoys me is when in PvP you try to swap an item on your quick slot and the item list won't scroll down, it just keeps resetting back to the top of the list.
Very frustrating when you want to repair a wall or swap to a different siege weapon but you can't scroll down far enough to select it.
I've been experiencing this problem for months but I could find any other threads referring to this.
Am I the only one who has this problem or is it a known issues which people just put up with?
