How can you block a bleed thats already placed on you?

killedbyping✭✭✭✭It doesen't make sense, Reding slashes / Blood craze bleed has it's damage reduced if the target is blocking, even though the bleed was put on when the target wasn't blocking.
Fix?
ZOS Logic.
