I re-subscribed to ESO roughly 4 days ago. When I tried to login I got a notice that my computer was not recognized and I'd receive and e-mail with a code and if I didn't get it try again in 10 minutes. I never received this e-mail so I e-mailed customer support. They told me to try checking my junk/spam folder which I did and is empty, add the e-mail address to my safe sender's which it already was and I got the e-mail about resubscribing from the same address and to turn off my firewall which also didn't work.
At this point I responded to the e-mail to tell them it didn't work and that was 2 days ago with no response. So I set up to be called tonight and again I have not gotten a call. As of right now I have paid for 4 days and cannot play the game. Can someone please take care of this problem and contact me?
