ESO Support - Is it reality or a myth ?

So this might seem irrelevant to some people, but here's the thing:

Almost a month ago Veteran DSA was the weekly trial/challenge. Those who have completed it back then know that the leader board was bugged, as such, a lot of players, including teammates I have completed Vet DSA with have sent a support ticket with the required information to earn their weekly coffers.
On the other hand, it's not always easy to get a master weapon from veteran DSA since it's RNG based and for unlucky players (such as me), it might take around 15-20 completions (Yes it did !).
So, I wanna highlight two things:

1-ZOS should check whatever information , logs , etc they save and I am pretty sure they could have rewarded the players who completed it without the need of sending in tickets since apparently they do not read them all.
2-ZOS should NOT tell a player to "please wait and we will get back to you!", after a week of sending in their ticket and then totally ignore it for another week and not reply to any other tickets sent for the same purpose knowing that the same players in the group they have completed V-DSA with got their rewards + an extra consolation prize which is actually more valuable than the master weapon itself.

This is just pure *** in my opinion, it's either support is ran by a bunch of illiterate monkeys, or it's ran by a very small team which is even worse.

So here's my question, is ESO support a myth?

It's real to me. I had an achievement that I didn't get credit for. They asked me when I would be on. I told them the next day. The next day I get on about an hour earlier before I ha told them 3 minutes later a gm shows up and gives me the achieve.

When I didn't get my dwarven spider due to a bug I sent a ticket in game. 2 hours later got dwarven spider in mail.

Didn't get dwarven sphere due to being an early adopter. Sent in a ticket they told me that I missed the deadline. I told them that I felt punishe for being an early adopter but that I understood and thanked them anyway. 2 days later get an email saying here's your sphere.

Perfect? No. Need improvements? Oh yeah! A myth? Gotta go with no.

Well then I guess you were lucky , all I got in a month was we are looking into it plus 3 unreplied tickets.

Sometimes you have to be patient. If you keep sending in tickets about the same thing they delete duplicate tickets. They may accidentally delete original ticket then you get nothing. Not sure how their ticket system work but it probably needs refinement.

Also there's a few other things you can do. Message them on Facebook with your ticket number. You can also tag them on here for help. @ZOS_GaryA‌ help this guy out!

I contacted them a few times. Usually quick and friendly replies. Some even funny and personal. Definitely not some lazy copy-paste mails you get back.

Problem is, they usually cant help...with like anything at all. But I don't think it's their fault. They just physically cant do certain things, or a lot of thing in that team. If it's related to lack of authorization or basic tech-knowledge, I dont know. But guessing it's about jurisdictions really.

I can even sympathize a bit, must suck sending hundreds of "sorry" mails a day, not being able to help and make people happy.

Well my actual problem, or what mostly annoys me is the fact that two players who completed that weekly with me in the same group got rewarded by sending a ticket and I keep getting ignored for some reason.

During the first week I deleted all my pets, and my ring of Mara. Wrote up a ticket, a hour later got a call, problem solved.

Hello @Danzy‌ ! Thank you for letting us know you're still waiting for a response on this. Due to a high volume of tickets received, there may sometimes be a delay. We have reached out to our support agents, and one of our agents should be reaching out to you very soon to get this resolved. Thank you for your patience!

We would like to mention again that submitting multiple tickets on the same issue may actually delay a response, as each needs to be investigated and closed as a duplicate. Please be sure to keep replies within the same email thread! Thank you again!
