Veteran Gear and 1.6 champion system.

How will different ranked veteran gear be scaled/changed into universal gear for all champion characters? (those that have reached level 50 and unlocked champion point system)

What will be the difference of rank 14 gear and rank 5 gear after 1.6 as an example?
Altmer Sorceror, magicka
Bosmer Nightblade, stamina.
Imperial Templar, stamina
Redguard Warden, stamina

    ZOS doesn't know exactly just yet. Getting the skill tree and justice system was a huge undertaking. Phase 4 will provide more info regarding gear and removing VR, we are currently only Phase 3 with update 6.

    Veteran ranks will not be removed when 1.6 goes live (Phase 3), therefore gears with different veteran levels will still be relevant. They will remove veteran ranks at a later phase (Phase 4), so we will be informed in the future about how they will approach different veteran ranked gears.
