Did we read the same article? Over half the stuff in the OP was not in the actual Road Ahead post.

Update 6 has been revealed by Mr. Firor in the latest Road Ahead article! It will contain the following, with the Imperial City being unfortunately held off for Update 7 or 8 due to the fact that the update would be way too big if it was included.
It will release in mid-January.We'll see even more improvements at ESO LIve tomorrow.
- Champion System
- Justice System (PvP element held off for a future update due to it requiring more testing), now with Pickpocketing!
- Revamp of Provisioning
- Improvements to Fishing, and integrating it into Provisioning.
- New abilities, and a re-evaluation of all abilities and classes in the game.
- Improvements to mounts through the Steed champion line.
- Expansion of most delves in the 1st-3rd Alliance zones.
- A new UI for vanity pets, mounts and costumes.
- More mounts?
Consoles were also mentioned and a preview of the console UI was even showed off, but a release date wasn't given. ZOS will release the console versions once the Champion System completes its final phase, presumably in Update 7, and the Justice System adds its Guard PvP element. Consoles will also have fully-integrated voice chat, and will release in either mid-late Q1 2015 or the start of Q2.

More people will see it on the General Discussion forum, considering the majority of forum activity is here.

2nd, I will not be pleased if the console version gets voice chat and they ignore this for PC users.
What irks me the most is that they have been working on creating a different UI for the consoles while PC users have not gotten any UI improvements. We are still missing very basic stuff from our UI, why not spend time fixing it too if they are already designing different UI for consoles?
Keep calm and eat a cookie. It's your fault for not being clear enough, no need to be aggressive.
Console version gets a new UI.
Can we get the damn Q-Wheel fixed into something more usable in the vanilla PC interface then?
