Huge LAG in PvE (Ping goes up-to 25k)

After patch 1.5.6, I am getting huge lag during fights in PvE. There were no issue with earlier patch. During the combat my Ping goes up-to 25000, most of the time I kicked to login screen without any error code.
I thought, My ISP has some issue but when I changed my Internet connection, the result was same. After testing this issue with my 2 net connection, I realised, this issue is from Server Side. (I am having 2 internet line and both ISP are different.)

I am not the single 1 who have such issue, many guild members from other country have same issue.
Internet Line 1 (2mbps) Ping 150-275 (Before 1.5.6)
Internet Line 2 (5mbps) Ping 225-350 (Before 1.5.6)
All ports are forwarded according to ZOS, ESO.exe & Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe have no restriction in Firewall.

I was streaming game on twitch, If I had issue with my net then Twitch Live stream should be D/C but Twitch was running without any issue.

Yeah, the problem seems to be with the client app. I got the uber lag, wouldn't go away so I ported to back keeps (where quests are) and still was just as lagged. After restarting the client all was fine.

ZOS are making research who cry the most.. The pvp crowd or the pve crowd...so they had to balance the lag.

I've been having the same lag in pve lately. Skills not firing and weapons not swapping for several seconds making combat impossible. Sometimes it's looting or gathering mats that takes a second or two longer. So annoying

I haven't really been seeing much change in "lag" (network latency) per se. However, the graphical hitching and memory-performance delays (due to memory allocation/de-allocation garbage collection) are much, much worse than they were at release. I used to get several hours of gameplay before the performance issues kicked in; now I don't even get 30 minutes before I need to log out and then back in.

Yeah, combat (PvE) is pretty horrible right now.

I presume it's a diabolical plot by ZOS to force us to spend enormous amounts of in-game gold on equipment repairs, thereby taking gold out of the economy... ;-)

I am happy they fixed some bugs, but still lag and long loading screen are common issue in PvE.
