Enchanting Writ Bugged After Patch v1.5.6

Before it was the Alchemist writ, and now the enchanting writ is bugged. I can grab the rune it's asking for from my bank, and all is well. When I craft the glyph though, I get nothing...
I've abandoned the quest and retried, but still nothing. Is it just me, or anyone else having issues?
