freezing, crashing, and glitching

As I was completing the Memento Mori quest in Glenumbra when my game froze, went black and then crashed on me. I was exploring an abandoned house and had just discovered the Racial Motif : Primal. Then when it crashed a screen came up and asked what I was doing, when it did crash. I wrote in the above statement. When I logged back on, to my dismay and anger I did not have my new Motif. Although I did collect it from the trunk it was in. To add to that, as I was fighting some dominion soldiers my person froze in a defensive action in first person. However, in third person, which I never play in, she was fine. This is upsetting since I just did the most recent update.My character getting locked up in a defensive action has happened before on rare occasions, however for the past week it has become more and more frequent. And now my screen will freeze and then like glitch forward. I hope this is not a constant thing with ESO. I love this game and hope these things are fixed.

    lol! That is rather funny. :) Thank you for such a timely response! It is nice to have a company so professional and nice to their customers! I plan on playing this game as long as possible.
