Unable to Launch the game without a CTD before the splash screen ever arrives!

Hi all. Im having a MAJOR issue... I cant seem to launch the game after this latest patch. It has patched up and says ready to play. When I launch the game, it turns my screen black, as it usually does, and it prepares to launch. HOWEVER, before it even hits the splash screen, it will give me a CTD saying that ESO has encountered a fatal Error.... Im attempting a few fixes now, but Im seeing that there are quite a few others whom had this in the past and are attempting their fixes... I will keep this post updated.

UPDATE: Just uninstalled beta launcher. Now using non-beta launcher. Still receiving Error 11.

UPDATE: Attempting a repair. Repair failed to do anything.

Hey there @Nighkomoro,

Give a try to running the launcher as an administrator and let us know if it helps. To do this, head to C:\Program Files (x86)\Elder Scrolls Online\Launcher, right click on the Bethesda.net_Launcher file and choose Run as Administrator.

This issue is also commonly caused by interference from 3rd party programs. If you have an anti-virus or firewall software running, try temporarily disabling it while the installation is running. Once the installation completes, please remember to enable anything you may have turned off.

I have disabled firewall and Antivirus. Nothing would be blocking it. Im currently attempting a repair while running it as an Admin.

since you did not say which fixes you are trying. I thought I would suggest running the repair just in case it is not one you have tried. I myself usually have to run a repair after every patch they push has installed for some reason.
