Why does it take 4 days for a GM to reply to an in-game ticket & then with a
"Known bug - We dont care" response???
& why are some bugs that kill the game still here after 7 months???
Is that you really dont care?
It is really great fun watching the likes of Wrathvenom walking into a wall and hiding, then doing it again and again at 30minute intervals, this has been happening for months now....

✭Hi there, @Gythral. We do apologize for the delay in replying to your ticket. Our Support Team does their best to reply to all tickets within 24 hours, however depending on our ticket volume, responses can sometimes take longer. We do know that this is frustrating and appreciate your patience.
We do indeed care about our players' concerns and problems in-game. It's our goal to have you folks in the game and enjoying yourselves, not going back and forth with Support.
Occasionally there are issues that our team cannot resolve immediately and require a patch to resolve. Our Support and Development teams work together to determine these issues are, prioritize them, and identify any possible workarounds.
All that said, we do see one ticket and one bug report that you recently submitted for this specific issue. Please note that our team does not respond to bug reports sent using /bug, but will always respond to tickets submitted using /help. We can confirm that a fix for this bug will be going into today's patch (1.5.6), however if you still see this issue after the patch is deployed, please don't hesitate to let us know!0 -

✭✭✭Thank for the response, but this bug has been around for months, as the patch notes (posted after this) say it is now fixed, I'll take it with a huge pinch of salt that this bug wont occur tomorrow when I give it another go...

lord_dal✭✭✭personally I dont mind waiting for a couple of days with a ticket, if I get a good reply, that anwers my question, but when you have to ask the same question over and over again, and then the fifth time get the answer, then something is wrong, since the CS clearly is not reading the ticket.0
