Support Menu's Vague

Wrote in for support -> Email -> Account/Billing -> Account Ownership Verification menu asks "Whats the answer to your secret question".

Can you please provide the question if you want an answer? I cant recall it without exiting and recalling my profile.

Knowing the question is half the battle to stealing the answer. We certainly understand that it can be frustrating, but we make our best effort to ensure that all of your account information is kept as safe as possible.

Every other site including my personal banking provides these questions. Like ''what is my mothers maiden name''. Your site does not do this. Stop making the world sound so terrible like everyone's trying to hack you. The same reasoning is provided over other non needed elements... like that of capping deletes. Sure it makes life simpler for zos. But for the honest guy ( assuming we are not all crooks?) Its just something else that makes playing your game or contacting support more difficult.

I dont understand why you make people exit this menu to find their question. Just seems like another step that needed.
