NO PET SPHERE... (Problem Resolved)

I was contacted by support who eventually said I was on the second wave in error. My wife who is still waiting on hers had Steven reply and acknowledge the issue being those 5 free days awarded automatically as being the problem for many of us who started from day 1, not being able to receive the loyalty bonus pet on the first wave as we should have.

Going forward could the ZOS team re-evaluate the cut off day to accommodate the 5 days ZOS automatically applied to our accounts so we are not penalized by a month going forward with the loyalty program.

You should remove those serial numbers. People can use them for malicious intent.
This entire post, in fact, should be deleted - because the spheres aren't all being rolled out all at the same time.

Even if this weren't the case, what's the big deal about a cosmetic pet? Or are you calling video game designers out on some higher principle? You've been wronged in a virtual world?

    Each to their own.

If your group is bigger than 6 members gain 75% damage reduction.

Write this on the back of your box and see how many sales you get!

You won't get any new PvP players until this archaic AoE crap is fixed.
I for one won't resub until:
    1.) You fix lag.
2.) You remove AOE caps we voted against.
3.) 12 months have passed (this is how long we've waited for you to 'get with it')[/b]

Yeah I sent something in game, never got a reply, then today I mailed them on the forum.. But in other post I seen some bs criteria.. point being they said if you didn't get one after the 18th you didn't meet the criteria.

    Each to their own.

No need for smartassery, it's simply a meta-game principle with hoops and criteria that clearly has caused issues for senior players like myself. You clearly are not effected or had no need to comment here please return to the game, and to each their own.

So please don't comment here simply because I have an issue with the game.. according to some of your own former post like "@ZOS_GinaBruno‌ Cmon fix this already pretty basic [snip]" You also have seemed to have been "wronged in a vitual world" so get off your high horse..

and please no bs about the 5 free days cause me to to renew on the 11/10 and not 11/5 (before the 7th)

My wife @Sweetroll-Thief has pretty much the same billing history and is missing hers as well.

I could care less about pets, but its more of a principle and senior players of the game who have been here for the long haul like myself, feel like I'm getting the short end of the stick.

Maybe I'm nitpicking but nobody has been with ESO for a year. Beta doesn't count as "being with" beta is beta. Game has only been out 7 months. I've been with ESO since beta but I'm not gonna claim a year as the actual game hasn't been out a year thus beta time does not count towards sub based rewards. I do however have both my sub based rewards so maybe contact support and ask as politely as possible wtf happened to yours?

your supposed to have paid on the 7th or before. You missed it by 1 day. Which yes I think is bullcrap also since it wasn't our fault that they gave people free time. But we will get it next month.

As I have said I have been with ESO for a year, and have had an active paying account since the game release.. And yea it is "being with".. no one forced me to take part in beta, I CHOSE to because ESO is something I believe in and people like me help make the game better, and offered my help as much as possible in beta.. So yea I have most certainly been with ESO a year. Don't get pissy at me because others, and maybe yourself, didn't get to be a part of a community before its official release.

    i repeat
i did not miss anything what so ever. i paid in full for the six months required for the pet.
i have no interest in responding to you any further.

@ers101284b14_ESO But that is simply bs, because if that is the case, then the fact that ZOS game me 5 free days because of THEIR mistakes and issues means I missed it for a month?, therefore offsetting the next possible pets, meaning we will always get them a month after..

But see the problem here is we paid as soon as possible, the fact ZOS gave us free game time should not be a hindrance.

I'm not getting pissy. I too have been here a year and I also did not get the dwemer sphere. They said the stipulation was that you had to pay your 7th month by November 7th. You paid on the 10th just like me. Therefore we don't get it yet. I don't understand it anymore than you do but that's the way it is. So you can keep raging and writing tickets for them to tell you the same thing or yo

Yep I agree. But it is what it is. They will be sending out the next wave next month. Screaming about it on the forums is not going to change that.

So I guess the fact that ZOS automatically applied that game time of 5 days, means we are SOL... its laughable lol

Im not raging.. I'm just questioning the stipulations that were very ambiguous to us all.. I have seen the date of the 7th, then others say they were able to get theirs ect.. really this is a post for ZOS... as the behind the scenes asking didn't work. I'm not asking or needing anyone else but them to respond.

You don't read people's full comment do you? I was with beta, I have all my pets I'm supposed to have. And no beta does not count as being a year. Plain and simple because beta isn't the actual game, its beta. Being with the game a year counts as having a sub for 12 months. I wasn't being pissy, you are the one with attitude because you missed the deadline by a day or whatever. If we wanted to claim beta time as being with the game then I've been with it for well over a year. But like I said, maybe I'm nitpicking. All that aside, if you don't have it and you think you meet the requirements then go check the thread that shows the requirements for it. They have also posted that on their official site in the news section. Cross reference their prerequisites with your account summary and if it meets the requirements contact support. If you are really that concerned about a vanity pet you claimed to not care about.

My payment this month made it BEFORE November 7th (Nov 5). No dwemer sphere. Been on since the 5-day early access. So what criteria did I not meet?!

Sent them in-game mail last night. No response.
    PC NA

Games are meant to be played.

Back in Auriel's Bow 1.0, I have thought that the best way to handicap a faction with the HUGE pop advantage is to temporarily disable their grouping functionality and their ability to fight in 3rd person point of view! Let's see if these do not even up the odds.
  • brandon.2023b14_ESO
Also highly unlikely that free game time affected this as they gave 30 free days for your first month and then am extra 5 because of the downtime during early access. Yet with those complications I have received all my pets on time, been paying since early access and have played since second beta. So either you missed the payment date they required for it and you get it later, or yours has simply not been sent yet do to the same bug they had with the ice wraith where tons of people didn't wind up getting until almost a week later. Either way customer support for a definite answer (would be wise to be nice about it) is best way to go to get your answer and better understand the stipulations or possibly lack thereof.

Sent in help request in game. Check. Sent in help request on forums. Check. I believe you missed the part where I said this was done. And yes I was nice about it.. Also I have not lapsed in time as I have stated, I make payments before the dates are due, zero days missed. So if you got yours, then I should as well which is why this thread exist. Many of us have done what the old threads said to do, with no response. Please don't be upset with those of us using a tertiary means of communication with ZOS.

It never fails, those who have what was promised to them (or not experience the issue) get upset with those who don't for merely posting the issues with receiving them. I understand the attempt to help with your input, but really this is for those who are having this issue, and have not heard feedback OR for ZOS to respond directly.. Because as precedence shows, people who don't have this issue only fuel the thread in a negative way with their replies. It waste my time and others to bicker on issues they can not fix, I posted this evidence for ZOS and for those of us who started from day 1 and never missed a day. Again this was a tertiary means, and like most issues ZOS will overlook and forget about it unless its represented til its addressed.

I feel like it says something for those who did spend beta time to help the game, If you felt like being with ESO since beta is meaningless then why bring it up and mention your beta time? Its an intrinsic value which you have no say over, sorry you believe one thing, but I have been with ESO for a year.. so please don't push your beliefs of beta on me. You are absolutely free to think beta time counts for nothing.

Its like a boxer saying I have been boxing for 20 years, 15 of which are professional years, doesn't devalue the fact they have been a boxer for 20 years...

Yeah I thought about waiting, but ZOS specifically stated if you didn't get it after the 18th, then you missed a deadline or didn't meet the criteria.. so that's when I started to inquire. I'd like to think it's a bug, but when they release statements like that.. I simply don't know.
