1: Volenfell Group Dungeon, the Monstrous Gargoyle remains out of reach for the entire fight. The boss that summons it can't be looted and the rewards are supposedly inside the gargoyle's remains, that cannot be reached.

2: Dark Anchors and NPC collision. These 2 Winged Twilights stuck inside the anchor couldn't be damaged by anything.

3: Balreth stuck in the lava in Stonefalls (one of the main quests of the area). It couldn't be damaged by AoE or single target spells, but somehow the templar's spears could reach it.

4: Templar stuck in spear attack for 20+ seconds. Double escape or opening inventory wouldn't stop it, the effect just ended after a random player saved me by killing the mobs I was fighting and ended combat. No action was possible while the spear was frozen. I could still use game chat, so it wasn't a network issue.

5: Visual Effect on a door, in the large building north of the city of Ebonheart (city hall?)

6: Animation when opening doors. Somehow characters always open the left side of the door but sometimes it doesn't make sense, like in the city of Davon's Watch (western door), where the left side is barricaded but my character still pushes it, while only the right side opens.

    Hey there @Gyudan,

    First, thanks for reporting all of these. We ask that you also submit /bug reports for these issues when they occur. That said, in order (keeping them a bit shorter)!
    1. We currently have a bug in for this one and we're actively investigating it. We anticipate that this will be fixed in a future patch.
    2. We're currently investigating a similar issue with Dolmens in this thread. It's probably affecting the monsters too. Please /bug and report in that thread which Dolmen you were at.
    3. Balreth generally works on a linear path back and forth. He can be stopped with the trinket and sometimes stops to perform a special skill. If you move far away from him, he should return to his standard pathing. If that doesn't work, please try exiting the instance for about 15 minutes then returning. Balreth should reset.
    4. Clarifying question: Was there anything in particular you were doing while this occurred (weapon swapping, spamming the ability, etc)? That info might help us pin down the issue. Also, if you happen to be using any add-ons, please disable them all and let us know if the issue persists.
    5. There are a few of those still left around. Please use the /bug feature to report them. If you happen to remember the exact building name, we'd be happy to take a look in the system to see if it's already bugged.
    6. Certainly seems like that would be a problem, considering the blockade would fall over if that door was opened outwards...We recommend using /feedback to put in a feature request for this.

    /bug report sent.

    2: Daen Seeth Dolmen, East of Stonefalls.

    3: Balreth was already in the lava when I arrived, with 80% HP. Somebody probably got it stuck and logged out or exited the area.

    4: nothing in particular, maybe trying to cast another skill before the cast time of Puncturing Sweep ended but no weapon switch. I haven't managed to repeat the issue and it's the first time I see it.

    5: Hlaalu House, the large building north of the city, at the main door inside the house. The textures loaded fine this time. I don't know what caused them not to appear in the first place.

    3. That's a bit strange, but give a try to exiting and returning after 15 minutes. It should reset the encounter. If not, let us know!

    4. Glad to hear that it hasn't reproduced. If it occurs again, try to note anything you may have been doing that may cause it (not to say its your fault of course, but more information never hurts!). Also please ensure that no add-ons are enabled.

    5. This was bugged awhile back but we were unable to reproduce it. If it occurs again, please /bug it so we can get some more information on the conditions that cause the issue.

    @ZOS_GaryA: something similar to the other collision issues just happened in Hel Ra Citadel on the Warrior fight in Difficult mode.

    One of my groupmates somehow got sent inside a wall. The Warrior jumped on him and got stuck too.

    On the next run (for speed) we got a similar issue with Ra Kotu (first boss of Hel Ra Citadel). The tank was keeping it taunted too close to a wall and it became untargetable, slightly going through the wall.
