Crafting Writ Survey Bug - surveys of same type disappear when one is found - PLEASE FIX!

I have used /bug in game, but wanted to draw attention to it here so that other players can be aware.
I have a low-level character in each alliance, and the other day each of them completed an Enchanting Writ. Each of them got a survey map as a reward.
I didn't have time to go out there and then to collect the runes at the survey areas, so today I loaded up my main with a number of different maps. For enchanting surveys I had: 1x Auridon survey, 1x Stonefalls survey, 1x Glenumbra survey, and 1x Coldharbour.
I searched for a while for the Auridon one, and couldn't find it, so headed off to Glenumbra to see if I could find that one. I did, and harvested the runes. I then opened my inventory to look at the next map - and couldn't believe my eyes:
ALL 3 of my low level Enchanter Surveys had been used up! The only one left was the Coldharbour one. This is IMO pretty serious, I have lost 2/3 of my low level enchanting writ reward in one go!
I would appreciate it if Zenimax could look into this, I am fairly cross right now.
