NPC buff in 1.5.5?

Did the keep NPCs always have the ability to knockback and pull? One of us got pulled down to the flag from the top floor, and I was knocked back by archers a few times, I don't remember that ever happening before this patch.

They've had these abilities for a while, but are on a bit of a cooldown.

I recall being pulled by some honor guards on keep flags WAY back. and keep archers have always had the ability to knock you back. They use scatter shot constantly. The guards pulling you just does not happen very often.
