Cyrodil instancing scheme and Cyrodil Bug report

Prologue: It is a bit frustrating and unbalanced that each Cyrodil campaign is dominated by one faction or the other, i.e. Chillred DC rules, Azura's star AD rules, idk where EP rules =P. So here is a way to fix it!!
Idea: Have 4 choices 7-day campaign, 14-day campaign, 30-day campaign and 7-day non vet campaign. People choose a campaign based on the time and then they get instanced to a balanced campaign
Pros: Playing field becomes more even
Cons: How do you allow guilds and groups to join the same instance?
Just a thought . . . .
Bug report: I am still experiencing glitches in Cyrodil like the infite falling screen (happens when I run into a rock on my horse and then all of a sudden clouds all around me) Also, I died once and it looked like I was alive, but all my friends in the group saw my corpse sliding around and I could not perform any actions. Workaround was that I left the area where I died and then my friends were able to rez me.
PS I really like this game and continue to subscribe and find the glitches in a game endearing rather than frustrating, and I know a smooth MMO takes constant vigilance. SO thanks devs and good luck fixing the patch bugs and other bugs!
