PVP Lag... Losing a loyal customer

I've been very active in Cyrodiil in ESO. I'm not a traditional PVPer but I have found Cyrodiil to be amazing. I have made excuses, rationalized and flat out tolerated the poor performance of ESO with regard to PVP.

The AvA concept is stunning. The graphics amazing. The LAG atrocious, predictable, defeating, and demoralizing. The server crashes do what no alliance can do, destroy one side and push another to victory in seconds.

While I love the game, I love myself too. I can not continue to put myself through the Cyrodiil crap. To have to deal with greater than 11 second response times is not the way to handle battle.

I sincerely hope you can fix this issue quickly or I will be unsubbing and finding another game to play. Having a franchise like the Elder Scrolls to build with it has been grossly mismanaged. Content will not keep this game alive. Leveling is now mindless and requires no effort. No thought or skill is required. You have changed the rules regarding boss xp to force players to play the game your way.

I for one would rather not continue to put my money into a game where I can not enjoy the PVP and there is no enjoyment in the simpleton PvE. You do have what time is left in my subscription to correct the issues or I will be unsubbed prior to the renewal date.

My thoughts exactly. I have (unfortunately) another 2 months sub time. I'm guessing they can't fix the issue in that time, since they've had the issue for at least that long already. So, I don't expect to be playing past my subs end date. Camelot Unchained can't release quick enough.

I concur with the OP. I'm embarrassed I continue to pay for this *** poor gaming experience in Alliance War. The worst part is, no matter it be Glade, Arrius or Fare, once it becomes the target they just keep on coming despite the lag fest. And all three alliances just keep coming knowing damn well it is a lag fest. Tonight DC tried to zerg ball the flags at Fare hoping their numbers would flip the flags and fortunately it didn't flip & honestly I don't think anyone would want to capture a keep by default because of lag.

When it comes to PvP, it has gone backwards since beta.

I PvP every day, and i love it in this game. Sadly, the performance and lag that has been introduced at some point post release has completely made me question why i pay to play this game sometimes. It needs to be fixed and soon because i consider my self a hardcore loyal player and even i am getting fed up with the state of PvP right now.

Might I suggest you spend time in PvP so you can see it for yourself? Otherwise asking for information or providing generic tech support that consists of busy time will only serve to present ZOS and their "PR" teams as either incompetent or deliberately stalling with bad CS.

As has been mentioned, there is NO way that the issues are with the players when every single person within an area cannot do or take damage due to the lag. Even a mentally handicapped fish knows that it's a problem with ZOS and either their server architecture, or more likely the poor programming.

By asking you for details, we aren't stating that players are automatically wrong, we are ensuring that everything is clear for more investigations thanks to the details you gave us.

These details are relevant for us in order to dig into the issue and find what is wrong.
