Infinite loading screens, broken launcher........

So I bought this game yesterday, was really looking forward to playing but I still haven't even been able to create a character...
The launcher doesn't work (I've tried multiple "Fixes" which have not worked) but I am able to use eso.exe which allows me to log in and enjoy the infinite loading screens. I have also tried numerous "fixes" such as uninstalling and reinstalling flash. Which again have not worked.......
ZOS what are you doing with your time besides wasting other people's time with fixes that do not work. And please don't tell me to repair my game or some other dumb thing like that because that has not worked either. I have submitted a ticket to which I have had no reply either.
SORT IT OUT!!!! I'm paying for a game not to look at the loading screens.... Even the music keeps cutting out on the loading screens.....

Chazrp✭The assistance I have recieved has not done anything at all and haven't had a reply in over 24 hours...
I have completely reinstalled windows 7 and ESO. It still doesn't work, now eso.exe also leaves me on a black screen... Starting to lose my patience with this game and haven't even been able to play it yet.0
