Lag disconnects and AP not registering

I did Cyrodiil for two hours and twice during large encounters most of the raid got disconnected and kicked out of cyrodiil. The first time it was just a disconnect, but the second time I had lost all my alliance points that I had gained the last 30 40, and I had to retake the 25 crafting mails I got from toons which I had done for 20 minutes ago.
Anyone else that experienced such strange "rollback?".
