Wrong XP Needed Being Shown.

I know there are other threads about this but I just searched and couldn't find the one I needed.
So I'm really happy 'Grim Situation' is fixed and I finally have finished the Fort Grimwatch quests........
I decide to check how much xp I got and see this.......
I want to point out a couple of things....
1:- This is NEW for me today, yesterday this character was showing the correct 1.4mill xp needed.
2:- I DO NOT and HAVE NEVER run/installed any addons.
3:- The amount of xp showing as earned is correct, as of last night before completing Fort Grimwatch I had around 960,000xp.
Can some one point me to the threads that ZOS have answered in about this issue.....

✭✭✭The character that the screenshot above belongs to just hit 1mill xp and did indeed level up.....
So confirmation the 4mill is definitely just a UI display error
