Zenimax Launcher has stopped

Okay it's not a big deal, but when I quit (not log out) ESO, and return to the initial launch screen, a window opens up and states "Zenimax Online Studios launcher has stopped working with the close program button. Upon pushing the button it closes the background launcher. This has not effected my game play or caused any crashes. I was just wondering what caused this and is there a fix? BTW I also have Raptr working in the background counting time and giving points.

I have also log-in problem, after I anther my password Window appear say-- Please exit and update your client using the patcher. Wehr is the patcher???
