[EU-TB] Server crashes (still) instantly return stolen scrolls.

For the second time this week server crashes have caused stolen scrolls to return to their temples. There have been several instances of ZOS saying they fixed the scrolls resetting, but clearly this isn't the case. I have posted about this in the Alliance War section as well, but most of the time it seems that stuff reported there gets ignored, while stuff reported here isn't.
Please don't ruin the little bit of motivation that a lot of people seem to have left for PvP by constantly returning scrolls to their temples without it requiring any work other than your stupid server crashing.

We're aware of the issues with scrolls returning in certain cases. We are currently investigating these issues and anticipate that these issues will be resolved in a future patch.1
