I've never seen this guy post before today, but whoever this guy is, the rest of the forum admins/devs need to take a page out of this guys book. Give him a raise or something.

I mean really, the server ****up today is ridiculous and all, but at least this guy is on the ball with communication and responding to comments directed toward him. 100000% better than any other @ZOS_NAME i've seen in the past.

Kai is the German community dude. He has frequently been a source of good information on the forums. Natürlich, auf Deutsch.

As lordrichter said, Kai is the german community manager. Mainly all important stuff on german subforum is posted by him. So yea, If you are not german you might not have seen him that often.

But i have to agree, he is damn good at his job.

Totally agree. This guy was bearing the brunt of the forums anger and still kept responding to the players giving what little reassurance he could. You did good @Zos_KaiSchober and I thank you.

Is this a common invite via a device that finds members of ESO and sends out a computer generated invite, or a personal invite?
