Reduce total XP needed for Veteran Ranks

ZoS has made it pretty clear that the amount of XP we are currently gaining is normal, and intended (except for the cap on quest XP but that isn't going to make a significant difference).

The intention was to normalize XP gains in preparation of the Champion System and to even the playing field as far as different methods of leveling our characters.

In my opinion, this all makes sense and is reasonable. What isn't reasonable, is the fact that Veteran Rank progression was supposed to be faster, but ended up being much slower.

Why not just solve this problem by reducing the amount of XP needed to gain a Veteran Rank? Instead of 1.4M, make it something like 500K. That way, we aren't gaining any more XP than intended (so we wouldn't be overly-advanced for the Champion System when it arrives). And, the current progression would be sped up, hopefully aligning with the original statement of Veteran Rank progression being faster.

If that doesn't happen, we are left with a gap between those who have progressed to the higher VRs already, and those who haven't.
