Loving the improved difficulty of Scaled Vet Dungeons

Dungeons are far more fun and interesting now. Please keep up the good work!

Vet Dungeons pre patch were a difficulty 4. After this patch, they are a difficulty 9. I really wish the scaling pushed them into difficult 6 or 7. They would be much more challenging, but it would still be more about mechanics than just hitting a wall of a boss that's impossible to kill with the current group.

Maybe they should make the Normal dungeons a 5-6 and the Vet dungeons 9-10.

I think the new scaling has a few issues. Adds, for example, really shouldn't have the boosted health that they do. I don't mind the actual bosses with more health, but situations like Veteran Darkshade's Netch boss were just... ugh. But even that was conquerable, and really did feel great once it was over. Except it took us four hours. That's a bit much, y'know?

On the whole, I love that the dungeons are so challenging, but a few tweaks should be done.
    Thank Stendarr it’s Fredas.

Yep, exactly. The idea of scaling is great, but a lot of encounters, especially those with dps races and/or lots of adds, just became unbalanced by the changes and really need to be looked at and tweaked for them to become fair challenges.

Really enjoying the New scaled group instanced Dungeons aswell.
The added difficulty is generally also nice.

However their scaling mechanic seems to have been too dependant on a generalized procedure, instead of individually tweaking each principal boss encounter, as some bosses and their abilities seems to have had 'spiked' scaling.

Certain attacks are doing dmg way over the top, some previously high Health bosses now have skewed Health pools, and adds on some bosses also have errounously much Health.

Not many bosses have these issues, but a few require some additional tweaking.
