Contacted my payment provider and it isn't my end, subscription worked fine since early access so why the lock out now? I do not understand one bit why I can not just pay for play time

    I had that problem. Turns out my bank switched from master card to visa, canceling my master card chase debit/credit card, didn't send me a warning letter or send me my new card that was sent out to every other Chase customer.

    Maybe there is a similar cause for you?
    As a casual player I was satisfied that at one point I had a char max level and near max crafting with almost all motifs and I pretty much lost interest. Then ESO discovered DLC's and now my main is just a wanabe and I am happily pulled back into the game.

    did you check if the expiration date? had the same problem once, my card was no longer valid then.

    It never worked for me since the very begining. Use PayPal.
    P2P offered you 'hell yeah!' moments. F2P offers you 'thank god its over' moments.

    My bank declines every transaction from the site because of the policy that all internet transactions without promting cvc code should be declined. Noone cares that ESO site actually requires cvc code, and I enter it each time I try to buy a subscription. ESO customer support says that this is a bank problem, bank customer support says that they do not receive cvc authorization from the site. I have to buy time cards instead.
