Will someone please explain why you will not take my money
My subscription renewal went through fine today, my boyfriends (rutterman) did not. He received an email that said the payment failed. Both subs are linked to the same account. We sent a support request and received a response to check and make sure all of our info was entered correctly. Well it was, probably because we haven't changed it since it was entered the first time over 6 months ago. We contacted our bank to see why they would have declined payment and they have no record of you even trying. He changed his billing info to his card (same account mind you) figuring it may be the name on the card causing issues. You charged the $1 verify fee, but his account still says payment failure and it requested the info to be entered again so he did and the second $1 verify fee went through with the same result. We contacted our bank again and they still have no record of you even attempting to run the charge through again (except the two $1 fees) I know the forums are not supposed to be the place to report billing issues but he has tried every other means you have available and we have not received an answer AT ALL except the cookie cutter response the was generated to tell us something we already knew was not the case. Please take my money ZOS, it's Friday we have some
