Post Update 5 Lag?

I've noted what I perceive to be lag in-game post Update 5. Has anyone else noticed this? Last night for example while trying to mount the horse I noticed the animation skipped/lagged as if it wasn't happening but if I was patient it ended up happening. I also noted a number of objects such as buildings would appear low quality for a moment before finally coming into focus. My machine runes a 870M with 16GB of RAM on an i7 processer; and my connection is 80MB.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭I am seeing this a lot. I can walk from Stonefalls to Bal Foyen down the road and there are two places that the game has such a horrible stutter, it acts like lag and all of the sudden everything catches up. There are other areas as well and when it happens my game eats memory. I went from 2 gigs used to 2.5 in one stutter. The game would not release the memory so when I hit the second stutter I was almost game maxed at 3 gigs of memory use on the game and had to log out. Same happens mounting a horse. I hit H to mount, nothing happens, big stutter then all of the sudden I am on the horse.0 -
Emeliana✭✭✭Not lag as such, my fps are still fine but I get terrible stutter here and there, almost screen-freezes. I think this is due to memory not handled correctly. Played since early acsess and have seen this happen after every major patch.0
