Hey, I'm level 38... which should be a high enough level to see this quest started... and I've even spoken to the council in malabal tor about the situation... but for some reason this quest will not initiate.
I've even beaten the Mage's Guild questline at my level.
Am I missing something?
I'm only level 3 in the fighter's guild... would that be it?
